Automation & Intelligent Operations is an Orvella capability that complements the six advisory divisions and can also be engaged on its own. It is not a seventh division. Orvella serves organisations in Kenya and East Africa.
Orvella designs and implements secure, auditable workflow automation: business process and operational workflows, security and compliance workflow automation, evidence collection, approval and review workflows, risk and remediation tracking, reporting and notifications, and integrations between the systems an organisation already runs. AI-assisted steps are used only where appropriate and always reviewed by a person.
The work is supervised by people where judgement is required, appropriate to risk and privacy-conscious. Technology is chosen to fit the client's requirements and existing systems. Orvella is an advisory and delivery firm: it does not sell software, provide SOC or MDR services, or promise compliance outcomes.
